Bumble Bee's

The Bumble Bee's classroom is situated on the first floor along with the Honey Bee room. Both rooms are adjoining through the milk kitchen. This means that the children in both rooms will see and become familiar with staff from both rooms.

This allows the children to make swift, successful transitions between the two rooms supporting the child's sense of security and positive well being.

The child : staff ration in this room also operates at a 3:1 scale and staff within this room are encouraged to create an engaging stimulating environment for the children.

The Bumble Bee room promotes curiosity, awe and wonder by providing opportunities for child centred role play, imaginative play, messy and creative play.

All toys, resources and equipment within this room are age and stage appropriate and encourage children to learn and explore through play.

The room has an adjoining sleep room which provides a quiet area for children to snuggle down for a nap, with pull out beds and comforting blankets and bedding.
